Senior Talent Acquistion Specialist

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is critical to our organization’s success, as it involves driving our talent acquisition strategy to new levels of effectiveness and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in recruiting, project management, talent pipelining, and recruiting analytics. This position is not just about filling vacancies; it’s about building the foundation of our workforce, shaping our organizational culture, and ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

In this role, you will be tasked with a unique blend of responsibilities that require both strategic thinking and operational excellence. Your proficiency in stakeholder management will be vital as you collaborate with various department heads and team leaders to understand their talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. With a focus on using analytics to drive decision-making, you will streamline recruitment processes and enhance our ability to identify high-quality candidates. Your organizational skills and project management expertise will enable you to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our talent acquisition efforts.

Job Duties

To be successful in this role, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Recruiting:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a robust talent pool.
  • Implement creative recruiting strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate multiple recruitment projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and fulfill their talent needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and systems.

Talent Pipelining:

  • Proactively identify future hiring needs and develop strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Engage in networking events, career fairs, and professional groups to source potential candidates.
  • Utilize social media and digital platforms to enhance employer branding and attract talent.

Recruiting Analytics:

  • Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and insights.
  • Analyze market trends and data to inform recruitment strategies and forecast hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand their specific recruitment needs.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to stakeholders regarding talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment of recruitment objectives with business goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A. Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology. or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in recruitment and project management.
  • Experience in utilizing recruiting analytics and tools.
  • Familiarity with the latest talent acquisition technologies and social media recruiting.

B. Other Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities Required

  • Self-motivated individual that works well as part of a team but is also able to be a strong individual contributor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a member of a team responsible for managing a broad and high volume set of financial instruments.
  • Proficient with word processing, Excel, Oracle, PowerPoint and Adobe.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and prioritize workflow.
  • Experience preparing analysis and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Willingness to take responsibility of assigned work areas and be held accountable for all assigned tasks.
