Sales Support Analyst

SUMMARY:

  • We are looking for a Sales Analyst who can wear multiple hats and support our field sales team on a day-to-day basis. This person will also provide the necessary support to Ontility’ s Sales representatives and accounts, our Sales Analyst will work closely with them in order to provide necessary assistance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor, identify, and propose improvements to the Ontility Sales team's performance and efficiency by monitoring progress, identifying shortcomings, and recommending improvements as needed.
  • Monitor the sales team's performance, manage schedules, and communicate relevant manufacturer information to them.
  • Obtain sales data from manufacturers and accounts, build custom reports that can be analyzed and filtered to identify trends, patterns, and key metrics.
  • Provide visual aids for the inside sales reps to use in their sales presentations to help them be more effective.
  • Provide assistance with sales presentations, point-of-sale displays, and inventory displays at trade shows and as needed.
  • Establish a rapport with key accounts by providing excellent customer service and supporting inside sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or other applicable administrative position is preferred.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong networking, analytical skills, skills in leading cross functional teams and project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet)
  • Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Netsuite experience is a huge plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field
